Q: What is the minimum order amount?
A: Our minimum order for all menu items is 25 people. Having a smaller meeting or party? Not to worry - let us know and we'll see what we can do.
Q: What are the ordering guidelines?
A: Please browse the menu selections we offer. If you have a specific menu you'd like, include that information when you contact us by requesting a quote. If you are looking for a customized menu, please provide us with as much detail as possible.
Q: What are the service charges and delivery fees?
A: All menus are subject to sales tax and 18% service fee. There is NO delivery fee within 30 miles of our kitchen.
Q: Can I pay with a credit card/check/cash?
A: Yes all of the above.
Q: What is Vine's cancellation and refund policy?
A: Generally speaking, we'd like at least 60 day notice to receive a full refund.
Q: Is taste testing available?
A: Yes, we offer tastings once a deposit has been received for the event date. If a tasting is scheduled and a cancellation occurs, a portion of the deposit will be retained for costs.
Q: How much does it cost to rent the space?
A: We have multiple spaces for rent - including our garden patio, meeting rooms and banquet halls. Contact us for space specific pricing.
Q: How much in advance do I have to request a quote?
A: Of course, the sooner the better. We recommend contacting us at least two weeks in advance.
Q: What is your request response time?
A: We strive to reply within the same day and in no more than three business days.
